NURCALM® Silicone Foam Dressing 4" x 4" combines a soft silicone wound-contact layer with a 3 mm polyurethane foam and SAP absorbent core to help absorb and retain wound exudate. The gentle silicone layer helps minimize sticking to the wound, while the adhesive border is designed to stay securely in place on clean, dry surrounding skin.
A semi-permeable waterproof outer layer helps protect the dressing from everyday splashes and external contaminants while allowing moisture vapor to escape. Each dressing is individually packaged for convenient, hygienic application at home or on the go.
Available in 5, 10, 20 & 30 dressings per pack.

Designed for Exuding Wounds
NURCALM® 4" x 4" Silicone Foam Dressing is designed for wounds with noticeable exudate, including:
- Pressure ulcers
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Surgical wounds
- Other exuding wounds requiring absorbent protection
The dressing is intended for use during the exudative to granulation stages, when maintaining a moist wound environment is appropriate.
Not intended for dry or scabbed wounds. Discontinue use when the wound surface has become dry and no longer produces noticeable exudate, according to the product's instructions for use.
Comfortable Protection for Everyday Wound Care
The combination of a gentle silicone contact layer, absorbent core and protective outer film helps provide a balance of comfort, fluid management and wound protection.
For areas that experience frequent movement, such as elbows and knees, additional fixation may be helpful to keep the dressing securely in place.
